It's Go Time!

Communication

  • Please check into Chat: Daily Check In NO LESS THAN once (1x) each day.

  • The video meeting room is available 24/7 for anyone to use.

  • When you've finished an item, upload the pic or video into Tables and then post in Chat: Item Review to ask people to go look at your item in Tables.

Item Management - Tables

  • You can sort and filter by anything and update the status of each item.

  • To claim an item, update the Status to Claimed and enter your name in the Assigned column.

  • Have no more than FIVE (5) unfinished items at a time Saturday through Tuesday.

Timing

  • Burn that midnight oil! Please try to complete as many as humanly possible before Tuesday. The list might look small but it will often DOUBLE in size the second half of the week!

  • If you think the task might get deleted for any reason, upload something ASAP. We get bonus points if we upload before an item is deleted but we can't upload once it's gone.

Quality Counts!!

  • Shoot landscape whenever possible. Wide, not tall. Turn your phone sideways.

  • Make sure the background is clean and free of clutter.

  • Try placing the subject slightly off center for better composition.

  • Add a "garnish" to up your game. A toy, flower, food, photobomber - something that is relevant but not distracting.

  • Natural light is best but light it light and it's light that matters!

Pictures

  • In your TNAH Drive, create a folder named
    "[YOURNAME] 2022"

  • Right-click, Share, and make sure General access for Team Names Are Hard is set to "Anyone in this group with the link can edit"

  • Upload each picture there

  • Use the Image column in Tables to link to the image in your Drive

Upload all your videos to the team YouTube channel in the 20220 playlist.

All videos MUST be:

  1. Fourteen (14) seconds or less unless otherwise noted

  2. Unlisted

  3. Marked "safe for children"

  4. Formatted as GISH 2022 TNAH - # 200 - (title)

Submitting - Final Step!!

  • You will need to use the GISH app or GISH.com to do the final part of submission - uploading your image or pasting in your YouTube link.

  • Until Tuesday night, please get feedback and update the status in Tables before submitting to GISH.

  • After Tuesday night, please submit to GISH ASAP and then, after getting feedback from the team, you can go back and re-submit to GISH as needed.
